KSF ARBORETUM
The Kanawha State Forest Arboretum is located in Shrewsbury Hollow behind the Office and Nature Center building.
The interpretive signs identify 53 trees and shrubs as well as one woody grass, that are all native to West Virginia and the Kanawha Valley Region.
The arboretum is an ongoing project that is maintained by volunteers from the Kanawha State Forest Foundation in conjunction with staff from Kanawha State Forest.
Come visit the arboretum during the different seasons to see the changes in the plants!
